UMortgage is looking for a driven, dynamic, and animated leader to coach and guide our growing Production team. As our Production Manager, you’ll lead, mentor, and motivate our team of Loan Originators, and act as the primary representative of our leadership team for sales goals and initiatives. What You’ll Do
Embrace and embody our company’s core values and consumer-centric model to provide superb customer service and lead our Production team.
Develop and offer feedback and areas of improvement for the production tea
Support branches and remote loan originators by coaching team members to provide exceptional customer service and initiative throughout the loan process.
Foster strong relationships with borrowers, real estate agents, builders, and other stakeholders involved in the mortgage process.
Lead the development and growth of existing and future origination team members.
Oversee the creation of new campaigns and expansion of existing business relationships.
Collaborate with our leadership team to report on Sales goals and initiatives and directly contribute to business decisions.
Communicate with internal teams to streamline the loan process and continuously improve customer experience.
Develop training programs and materials to ensure the continued growth and development of team members.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and production metrics to evaluate team and individual performance.
Contribute to the success of the entire loan process through performance management, feedback, and process improvement.
Research and stay up to date on market rates, mortgage products, and trends to better consult our customers.

What You Have
Minimum 5-6 years of mortgage operations experience (Processing or Underwriting Experience preferred)
2-3 years of experience in a management or leadership role is ideal
NMLS license is an added bonus
Past brokerage experience preferred
Proven ability to successfully coach, lead, and motivate a team
Solid understanding of the full mortgage loan process, from application to closing
Experience with systems such as Salesforce, LOS, and POS
Possess superb customer service, listening, presentation, and communication skills
Accountability, adaptability, and a team-player mentality
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to multitask, motivate others and remain competitive in a fast-paced environment.
