-Manage and track project timelines, lead pipelines, and client databases using tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
-Organize and maintain loan documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
-Delegate tasks effectively to the sales team and support staff.
-Provide proactive updates to loan originators and borrowers, ensuring smooth communication.
-Handle follow-ups and flag potential issues promptly.
-Communicate professionally via phone and email with borrowers, real estate agents, and other partners.
-Schedule and organize closing documentation to meet deadlines.
-Support the team's goals with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, always eager to contribute to the team's success.
Qualifications:
-Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Strong project management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
-Comfortable with phone-based communication and client interaction.
-Proficiency in database and pipeline management tools (Excel or Google Sheets preferred).
-Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable.
-A collaborative attitude and a strong desire to help the team achieve its goals.
-Experience in the real estate or mortgage industry is a plus, but not required.
Base salary with performance-based monthly bonuses.
