What We Need 

We’re looking for a high-energy, people-loving HR Generalist who is eager to make an impact from day one. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic HR team that’s shaping culture and supporting every stage of the team member experience. You’ll be embedded in the action: recruiting, onboarding, maintaining systems, supporting day-to-day needs, and helping us improve every process that touches the team member lifecycle.

What You’ll Do 

  • Own and Manage Recruiting & Onboarding. Support full-cycle recruiting for various roles, including scheduling, screening, and candidate engagement
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes to ensure an outstanding first-day experience
  • Own and Manage Team Member Lifecycle Support. Assist in team member changes (promotions, manager updates, department transfers, etc.)
  • Support corrective actions and offboardings with professionalism and care HRIS & Data Ownership
  • Maintain team member data in the HRIS (including taxes, documents, reports, and structure) Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and reporting for internal reviews and audits
  • Own tracking for PTO, 401(k), insurance, and other benefit-related data Benefits Administration Assist team members with insurance, 401(k), and PTO-related questions
  • Support open enrollment, eligibility audits, and changes in benefit status Compliance & Process
  • Excellence Maintain team member files and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Own our internal HR sites, update documentation, and ensure data governance standards are met
  • Audit processes and systems for accuracy and report on gaps, inefficiencies, and solutions Policy
  • Create, update, and roll out company policies and procedures that align with our values and growth

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Management, Business, Psychology, or a related field required
  • 1+ years of professional experience in a in an HR, People Ops, or similar role 
  • Reliable transportation to our Philadelphia office as this role is In-Person Monday–Friday 9-5 EST
  • Experience working with HRIS systems is a plus 
  • Ability to successfully collaborate with team members of various levels  
  • Strong work ethic, drive and ability to multitask  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
  • Goal-oriented with excellent time management skills  
  • Professional demeanor over the phone and in-person  
  • Must be team-oriented, adaptable, and accountable
